Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment as specified in your contract.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Weather, material availability, site conditions, and other factors beyond our control may affect the schedule. We will make reasonable efforts to complete your project within the estimated timeframe and will communicate any delays promptly.

Rescheduling or cancellation of scheduled work may be subject to fees if done with insufficient notice. Specific terms will be outlined in your project contract.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that the site is ready for our crew to begin work as specified. This may include removing vehicles, clearing obstacles, and ensuring access to water and electricity if needed.

You are responsible for marking or identifying any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried items before we begin work. We are not liable for damage to unmarked utilities or systems.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your project contract. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of work performed. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, maintenance, settling, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks as it cures and ages. Small hairline cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty. We will explain what is considered normal versus what would be a warranty issue.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We carry appropriate insurance coverage and will provide proof of insurance upon request.

We are not responsible for damage to property that results from conditions we were not made aware of, including but not limited to underground utilities, septic systems, or other buried items not properly marked before work begins.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without our written permission.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have concerns about our work or services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. Most problems can be resolved through open communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled in accordance with North Carolina law. You agree that any legal action related to our services must be brought in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
